Chapters 5 & 6 on movement including exercise are not completed yet but I have posted my entire detailed Exercise Theory & Application course HERE.

Chapters 7 & 8 on circadian sleep, stress management, and converging these with nutrition and movement to create your metabolic priorities and from those your metabolic program will be posted here when I have time to create them.
